Wales coach John Toshack has named former Liverpool FC manager Roy Evans and Salva Iriarte as his assistants.

Anfield connection
Evans, who managed Liverpool from 1994-98, was part of the coaching staff at Anfield when Toshack was a player there in the 1970s. However, he has not had a coaching job since leaving Swindon Town FC three years ago. Iriarte, meanwhile, has worked with Toshack in three separate spells at Real Sociedad.
