What to expect?
Are you keen to be involved in a football event, gain insight into all the work needed to make a game possible, or simply wanting to give back to your community? By volunteering with UEFA, you’ll get a chance to see how we organise our matches and learn how your strengths can contribute to the successful staging of our events.

Who can apply
We welcome applications from people aged 18 and above, who are multilingual (a good knowledge of English and/or the local language), available on the event day and any additional days needed, and full of positivity and motivation!
- Language skills: Volunteers need a good knowledge of English and/or of the local language spoken at the venue.
- Availability: Volunteers must be available full day at least for every matchday played at the venue, and for additional shifts and training(s) depending on the allocated role. Once the role as been allocated, all shifts and trainings are considered as mandatory.
