France fine-tune preparations

Defending champions France will take on Andorra as part of their preparations for UEFA EURO 2004™.

Squad gathering
The match between the Pyrenean neighbours will be played at the end of the French squad's five-day stay in the Mediterranean resort of La Grande Motte. The sides last met in UEFA EURO 2000™ qualifying, with France winning 2-0 at home and 1-0 away.

Possible date
The French Football Federation also hopes to arrange a warm-up game against Ukraine on 6 June. France begin their UEFA EURO 2004™ campaign against England on Sunday 13 June in Lisbon.
